ShopOS by Autograff is a modern system for auto repair shops.
Jobs and estimates. Every job lives on one board in ShopOS. An estimate takes a couple of clicks to create: add labor and parts, then send it to the customer. The customer approves it online or replies with a question. Once approved, the job moves to the next stage automatically.
Labor time. Technicians clock in and out from the job itself, and labor cost and technician efficiency appear in ShopOS reports automatically.
Digital inspections. Every inspection item carries photos, so when a shop tells a customer their brakes need attention, the customer can see it.
