The job board

Digital vehicle inspections capture photos, notes and condition flags, attached directly to the repair order as the work happens, so findings don't get lost between the bay and the front desk.

Quality control and invoicing

Every job passes through quality control before it goes back to the customer. Whoever is on QC opens the checklist, flags anything needing a second look, and only then moves the job to complete.

A completed job becomes an invoice in one click. Every invoice, paid or unpaid, has its own tab in ShopOS and can be opened, printed or downloaded as a PDF. If the customer is standing at the counter, the shop can collect payment on the spot through Stripe.

Parts and inventory

Each part in ShopOS carries its brand, part number, supplier, current stock level and price. ShopOS flags low-stock items, so a shop doesn't discover it's out of brake pads mid-job.

Selecting the low-stock parts and creating a purchase order splits the order by supplier automatically. Marking it ordered and then received updates stock levels without a spreadsheet or a shelf count.

Customer records

Every customer has a full record in ShopOS: vehicles, service history, contact details, total visits and average repair order value. When a past customer calls, the shop already knows what they drive and what they've spent.
