- Is it per user?
- No. It's per shop. Add as many people as you need (technicians, advisors, the owner) at no extra cost.
- Is there a contract?
- Not unless you want one. Monthly is the default: cancel any time, no notice period, no exit fee. Annual is a discount you can choose, not a door that locks behind you.
- What do I actually save by paying yearly?
- Base drops from $100 to $90 a month, so $120 a year. Pro drops from $350 to $300, so $600 a year. That's it: same software, same terms, one invoice instead of twelve.
- Can I start monthly and switch to annual later?
- Yes, and most shops should. Run it monthly until you know it's working, then switch and take the discount. Starting monthly costs you nothing but the difference.
- What does the free tier for fleet shops include?
- Base, in full, for shops brought on by an Autograff fleet customer. Pro, the AI layer, is the paid upgrade.
